- 2g matcha powder
- 1 mango
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp collagen powder or protein powder
- 1 medjool date (pitted)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk

Can I skip the collagen or protein powder?
Yes, it is entirely optional. The smoothie is just as creamy without it thanks to the frozen banana and Greek yoghurt.
Fresh or frozen mango?
Either works. Frozen mango makes the smoothie thicker and colder without extra ice, while fresh mango in season gives the best flavour.
Will I taste the matcha over the fruit?
You get a gentle matcha note rather than a strong tea flavour. Add an extra gram of matcha if you want it more pronounced.
