Recipe questions

Can I really just shake the matcha instead of whisking?

Yes — 2g of matcha with a splash of coconut water in a sealed jar or shaker mixes smoothly in seconds. Sift the matcha first for zero lumps.

What matcha should I use for everyday iced drinks?

A premium bulk matcha like WAKABA is ideal — smooth enough to drink straight, and the 200g pouch is economical for daily iced matcha.

Is this drink sweetened?

No added sweetener — coconut water provides gentle natural sweetness. Add a splash of maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
