Recipe questions
Do I need a Ninja Luxe Café machine?
No — it makes the cold foam effortless, but a handheld frother, small blender or even a jar with a tight lid and a vigorous shake will froth the cream mixture.
Why matcha in both layers?
Matcha is whisked into the drink base and the cold foam, which is what makes this version 'ultra rich' — every sip has creamy and fresh matcha together.
Can I swap the coconut water?
Yes. Cold milk makes it richer, or sparkling water makes it lighter — the cold foam floats happily on either.
