Delivery

All Australian orders dispatched from our Australian office are shipped with either our 3rd party courier provider Sendle or Australia Post.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon - Fri). The time it takes to reach you from there will depend on where you are located.

All our shipments are lodged with Auspost standard or Auspost Express. 

We charge a flat rate of $10 AUD for shipping Australia wide. Shipping to destinations outside of Australia are calculated on the checkout page. 

Domestic shipping timeframes: 

Standard: 3 – 5 business days

Express: 1 – 3 business days

We use Auspost for our international shipping orders. Delivery is based on which zone you are located. 

Delivery zones / time frame

Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days

Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days

Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Shipping Policy

Please note that Purematcha is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch. Dispatch can take up to 1 – 2 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include peak periods.

We sure do! Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.

If you are an Australian customer, GST will be included in your total purchase price.

GST is not charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). Purematcha is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
