What is the Purematcha return policy?

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make you shopping experience with us a good one.


All our products are backed by our 30-day returns policy for money back based on dissatisfaction with the product not change of mind. The product must be at least 95% unused to be eligible for a refund.


Refunds are given at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to refund should we suspect any misuse of our 30-day money back policy.


As matcha is food product, we do not reuse the returned product.Any other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the team here for shipment returns and exchanges address. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you have purchased online and you’d like to make a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team here.


Please ensure that you have your order number.Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us.

How long will my refund take?

Please contact our customer care team here if you need to complete a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
