    Estimate drinks for the shift and batch only what you expect to sell. Remake fresh tomorrow — never carry overnight pre-whisked matcha.

  2. Whisk concentrate properly

    Use the same ratios as your menu recipe. Whisk until smooth with no clumps — a resin whisk is ideal here: dishwasher safe and easy to dismantle for cleaning.

  3. Portion into squeeze bottles

    Fill only what you need for the next service block. Date-stamp each bottle and keep lids tight to limit oxidation.

  4. Chill immediately
