Stone mill is the slowest way to turn the tea leaves into powder. Tea leaves that are stone milled retain the highest health benefiting nutrients.

We test all of our matcha teas at the farms in which they are grown and also right here in Australia. Safety is our number one concern while never forgoing taste and quality.
With the right tools in hand, you too can make matcha like a tea master
Add matcha
Add 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder to Chawan
Add hot water
Add 60-80 ml of 80°C (176°F) hot water
Whisk until frothy
Whisk to make a 'W' pattern until frothy. Avoid letting the tines of the whisk touch the base of the tea bowl.
Top up with water
