Add matcha
Add 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder to Chawan
Add hot water
Add 60-80 ml of 80°C (176°F) hot water
Whisk until frothy
Whisk to make a 'W' pattern until frothy. Avoid letting the tines of the whisk touch the base of the tea bowl.
