PRODUCT DETAILS

Our organic Hojicha powder is made from finely ground roasted green tea grown in Kyoto, Japan.  It is a medium roasted powder tea exhibiting a lovely carmelized, nutty taste. The tea leaves for Hojicha are grown with full-flooded sunlight so that Houjicha contains beneficial Catechin. The leaves are milled down allowing the powder to easily dissolve and a versatile ingredient for creating rich and creamy lattes and tea-infused desserts.
