How To Make Iced Hojicha Tea Latte
Follow these steps to make a delicious Hojicha tea latte
Add Hojicha Powder
Add 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder to a pitcher
Add hot water
Add 120 ml of 90°C hot water to the pitcher with hojicha
Whisk until frothy
Whisk Hojicha and water until a layer of frothy foam is formed
Add ice and milk
Fill a tall glass with ice and add the sweetened milk
Add sweetener
Add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup to the glass with ice
Pour Hojicha and stir
Pour the hojicha liquid into the tall glass with milk. Stir and enjoy!
