What's in the pack
EISAI and KIYOKA are shade-grown, first-harvest ceremonial matcha. SAEKA is not. It is unshaded first-harvest Saemidori sencha, deep-steamed and stone-milled — so you can taste what shade-growing adds, and what sencha keeps when the leaf stays in the sun.
Okumidori from Uji. Bold colour, silky texture, the ceremonial matcha that started Purematcha.
100% Saemidori from Kyushu. Floral, creamy and lightly roasted, with a clean finish that stays bright in a latte.
Unshaded Saemidori from Kagoshima, deep-steamed then stone-milled. Floral aroma, gentle sweetness, brothy umami.

"Excellent service, friendly and fast. Im really enjoying the Ceremonial matcha trio pack. Each tea has a very subtly different taste. Im a newbie at mixing matcha tea, so i confess i added a little almond milk! Probably a cardinal sin! 😊😊"
"A great option to try 3 different matchas. Have only tried one so far and it is delicious. A matcha a day is perfect in the afternoon."
"Other than being in Japan having matcha, it's so awesome to be able to purchaser in Australia. This is my second order of the trio - that last me about12 months. I love the flavours, smoothness and ease of making it, to which I have 2 cups of Matcha a day."

Our Ceremonial matcha uses first flush, shaded baby young tea leaves from camellia sinensis plant.
As such they have received the least amount of sunlight prior to harvest.
This makes them higher in L-theanine (natural relaxant), chlorophyll (intense bright green) and caffeine, making it value for money even for those who drink it daily as a pick-me-up.
This ceremonial grade matcha is hand-picked by experience tea farmers as opposed to being machine picked in lesser grade matcha powders.
Unlike other matcha teas on the market, we test our matcha independently right here in Australia to ensure that none of the bad stuff gets through
