The Perfect Matcha Coconut Cloud Recipe

If you’re craving something creamy, refreshing, and naturally energising, this Matcha Coconut Cloud is for you. In this short video, I’ll show you the exact ratio I use to create a light, café-style matcha drink with a cloud-like finish. Made with coconut water, thickened cream, and premium matcha. It’s quick to make, beautifully balanced, and perfect for slow mornings or an afternoon reset.

Ingredients & directions

INGREDIENTS


  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 20ml full cream milk
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • 4g premium matcha powder
  • 150ml coconut water


DIRECTIONS

1. Pour 60ml thickened cream and 20ml of full cream milk into a tall glass

2. Sift 4g of premium matcha powder into the tall glass and whisk together using a battery frother until combined and creamy. 

3. Fill glass with ice and pour 150ml coconut water.

4. Pour matcha cream over the top for that beautiful layered effect. 

5. Dust with matcha powder on top. Enjoy!
