ICED Matcha LATTE recipe

How to make ICED MATCHA LATTE

This easy-to-follow iced matcha latte recipe shows step by step how to make a refreshing and easy iced matcha latte at home.

Tip: Brew the matcha tea with hot water so that the flavours of the matcha are extracted. Using hot water vs cold water means that you'll get more of the umami flavours of the matcha tea shining through.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3g of matcha powder
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • 250ml of your choice of milk
  • 50ml of water
  • 1/2 cup of ice.

2. Add 15ml of maple syrup to the pitcher with milk

3. Mix together with a milk frother until frothy.

4. Top up with 170ml of milk.

5. Sift 3g of matcha powder in a bowl.
