Recipe questions
Where do I find yuzu jam?
Yuzu jam (yuja-cheong) is available at most Asian grocers and some supermarkets. If you can't find it, marmalade with a squeeze of fresh lime is the closest substitute.
Will the matcha settle in the soda?
A little, yes — that layered look is part of the charm. Give it a gentle stir before drinking to combine the matcha, yuzu and soda.
What matcha suits sparkling drinks?
A premium everyday grade like KIYOMIDORI is perfect. It stays vibrant and smooth against the tangy yuzu without needing milk to soften it.
