We are please to offer free regular shipping to our Australian online store orders over $20. Express shipping can be specifically selected and paid for, but are not included in free shipping.

For orders under $20, we charge a $8.50 postage and handling fee. This pricing is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Mon - Fri). The time it takes to reach you from there will depend on where you are located.

• In Australia, we use Australia Post's Parcel Post service and we will provide you with a tracking ID for your tracking purposes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make you shopping experience with us a good one.

All our products are backed by our 30-day returns policy for money back based on dissatisfaction with the product not change of mind. The product must be at least 95% unused to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are given at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to refund should we suspect any misuse of our 30-day money back policy.

As matcha is food product, we do not reuse the returned product.
