Matcha Health Benefits
Enjoy exquisite farm-fresh matcha tea with this ceremonial Japanese matcha set. The jewel of this tea set is the AMAYA Chawan (Matcha bowl) which is beautifully hand-crafted by century-old artisan potters from the Mino region of Japan.
Matching KUROCHIKU purple bamboo whisk and scoop is also included in the set.
Each whisk is beautifully unique with natural patterns making each handmade whisk one of a kind. The whisk is meticulously cut and formed by hand from a single piece of bamboo. This high-quality matcha whisk is the most important tool for making delicious frothy matcha.
Keep your whisk in perfect shape with the ceramic whisk holder which will increase the longevity of your whisk for many years to come.
A stainless steel matcha sift is also included to keep your matcha clump-free and allow the matcha powder to dissolve easier in water.
Using traditional farming methods and without the use of pesticides the tea leaves are sourced from ground Tencha grown on an organic farm in Uji Japan. The farm uses natural predators to remove any insects which would eat the leaf such as Praying Mantis, ladybugs and spiders.
This ceremonial grade matcha comes from the Okumidori cultivar. This Uji grown cultivar is carefully selected for its well rounded and naturally sweet umami taste
One serve of matcha (1g) contains between 36 & 40mg of caffeine.

Add 60-80 ml of 80°C (176°F) hot water
Whisk until frothy
Top up with water to taste.
We test our products both at the farms where they are grown, as well as by third party laboratories here in Australia.
The safety of our organic matcha green tea is our absolute #1 concern, so we randomly test for contaminants including radiation and heavy metals, ensuring none of the bad stuff gets through.
