INGREDIENTS

  • 50g of double cream
  • 30mls oat milk
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • 4g matcha powder
  • 120ml coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice


DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the double cream, oat milk, maple syrup and matcha powder together and froth until creamy.

2. Add 4g of matcha powder and 40ml of hot water into a matcha bowl and whisk until frothy

3. Add ice to your glass and fill the glass with 120ml of coconut water.

4. Pour the matcha tea into glass and layer the creamy matcha cold foam on top.

5. Stir and enjoy a double rich, creamy matcha cold foam.
