FREE POSTAGE

We are pleased to offer FREE parcel post shipping to our Australian online store orders $150 and over. Express shipping can be specifically selected and paid for but is not included in free shipping.

For orders under $150, we charge a $10.00 postage and handling fee. This pricing is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Mon - Fri). The time it takes to reach you from there will depend on where you are located. Generally, metro areas will receive their items within 3-5 days.

In Australia, we use Sendle Courier delivery partners and also Australia Post's - 'Parcel Post' for regional areas, PO Boxes and Parcel Collect. 

All orders will be provided with a tracking ID for tracking purposes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us a good one.

All our products are backed by our 30-day returns policy for money back based on dissatisfaction with the product not a change of mind. The product must be at least 95% unused to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are given at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to refund should we suspect any misuse of our 30-day money-back policy.

As matcha is a food product, we do not reuse the returned product.

Any other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@purematcha.com.au for shipment returns and exchange addresses.
