Australia (Domestic Orders)

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard parcel post shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

Express shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional fee and is not included in free shipping.

For orders under $150, a $10.00 flat rate for postage and handling applies. This is automatically calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery (Sydney Metro)
We offer same-day delivery within the Greater Sydney region.
 • Orders must be placed before 10:30 AM (AEST) to qualify
 • Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day
 • Availability and pricing will be shown at checkout

Click & Collect (Alexandria, NSW)
You can choose to collect your order from our Alexandria office.
 • Orders are typically ready within 4 hours of being placed
 • You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection

Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, however most metro areas receive their orders within 3–5 business days.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all shipments, including regional areas, PO Boxes, and Parcel Collect.

All orders include a tracking ID so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Important – Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped without Australian GST applied.

Please note:
 • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country
 • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees
 • Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure a great experience.

All products are backed by our 30-day returns policy for dissatisfaction with the product (not change of mind).

To be eligible for a refund:
 • The product must be at least 95% unused
 • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if misuse of the policy is suspected.

As matcha is a food product, returned items cannot be reused.

Any other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
