This ceremonial grade matcha is a single origin Gokou cultivar. Watch this video to see the best way to make this matcha green tea.
Add 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder to Chawan
Add 60-80 ml of 80°C (176°F) hot water
Whisk to make a 'W' pattern until frothy. Avoid letting the tines of the whisk touch the base of the tea bowl.
Add up to additional 200ml of water depending on your desired taste.
We test our products both at the farms where they are grown, as well as by third party laboratories here in Australia.
The safety of our organic matcha green tea is our absolute #1 concern, so we randomly test for contaminants to ensure none of the bad stuff gets through.
