Hinoka matcha is a carefully blended selection of first and second harvest tea leaves, shade-grown in the rich volcanic soils of Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Crafted from a trio of cultivars - Asanoka, Okumidori, and Kanayamidori - this matcha balances fresh spring vibrancy with the depth and warmth of early summer growth.

Tasting Notes:
HINOKA has a deep green hue, light vegetal body, and a smooth nutty finish which exhibits some savoury toasted notes. Beautifully crafted tea that sits between everyday Usacha (Thin tea) drinkability and smooth enough to enjoy as Koicha (Thick tea).
