RYŌKA is a premium Uji matcha, crafted from a carefully balanced blend of first and second flush tencha leaves sourced from Kyoto prefecture and milled in Uji. Aromatic, smooth and endlessly versatile, equally at home in a quiet bowl or a café-style latte.
What makes RYŌKA special?
Kyoto prefecture · Uji-milled. RYŌKA is made from tencha tea leaves sourced from Kyoto prefecture and processed in Uji, Japan's most historic and revered matcha region, prized for its depth of flavour and refined craftsmanship.
First & second flush blend. A deliberate blend balances bright spring aroma with rounded body, for a smooth, consistent cup every time. Premium quality at an everyday price.
Built for lattes & iced drinks. Finely milled for a vivid, silky cup that shines in café-style lattes, smoothies and iced matcha, while still beautiful whisked on its own.
Crafted with care. Shade-grown, steamed, dried and machine-milled for optimal colour, aroma and texture, the same attention we bring to our finest matchas.
