Today I’m going to show you how to make a flu-busting super smoothie of mine that is loaded with ingredients to supercharge your immune system and give it a fighting chance this flu season.

This tropical matcha smoothie is very refreshing and balanced nicely with citrus and sweet fruits that make it the perfect summer drink. In all honesty, it’s packed with so much goodness that I recommend drinking it as a pre-workout smoothie or even as a daily refresher to keep your immune system in check.

If you're a sufferer of inflammation and swelling of the joints, then this green super smoothie could be just the thing that your aching body needs.

Check out the powerful ingredients that make this the REAL DEAL of super smoothies. Here’s what’s in the mix.

Baby spinach leaves

Spinach is a remarkable plant that has the ability to restore energy, increase vitality, and improve the quality of the blood. Spinach is also an excellent source of vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach.
